March 2012	Stringing continuing
February 2012	Approximately 50% of the poles requiring replacement have been completed and stringing has commenced.
December 2011/January 2012	Live line work for Hawera to Waverley commencing 7 February. Outage works commencing 20 February.
November 2011	The outage for reconductoring the Hawera to Waverley section is scheduled to start in February 2012. Some poles and crossarms are planned to be replaced live line prior to the outage.
October 2011	Detailed design complete. Tender documents compiled.
September 2011	Detailed desing almost complete. Tender documents expected to be issued in October.
August 2011	Project progressing to programme schedule
